This is a program for inner game. It works with your self image. And gives you – after some time of practice – lots of convidence and energy.
It is not directed to the PUA but to the person seeking a fulfilled live.
While putting so much emphasis on the self image seems a bit overdue at first, I find it is the part people normaly don’t pay enough attention to.
So from my point of view it complements the tools from NLP and is a conscious alternative to hypnosis.
